Welcome to the Makena Scarf crocheted pattern. I love a scarf I can work up quickly and with two skeins of yarn! I was inspired to make the Makena Scarf give a little mermaid style to my wardrobe. I was sent 2 skeins of Starlette yarn in Teal Heather from Mary Maxim and the Makena Scarf was a perfect project to use it for.

Starlette Yarn from Mary Maxim is a worsted weight, #4 yarn and is 100% acrylic. I was pleasantly surprised just how soft it is and it’s lovely to work with. The color Teal Heather is truly gorgeous and a beautiful blend of light and dark shades. I’m always excited to find an acrylic yarn that is soft to work with and doesn’t pill. I will be using Starlette Yarn again.

I hope you love this this fun and quick pattern! Please share with me on social media. You can follow me on Instagram HERE and on Facebook HERE! Tag me @pinkplumeriamaui and use #pinkplumeriamaui.
