Do you drink enough water? Is one of your goals to drink more water? Drinking water is a great way to take care of yourself. One of my must haves when I walk out the door is my flask. The first thing I ask my kids when we get in the car is, “Does everyone have their waters?”

I love keeping my yoga mat in a bag that I can carry with me to the beach or park so I can get some stretching in while my kids play
